This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services sold through our website, including indicators, strategies, scripts, add-ons, and related downloadable materials.

Payments and refunds are processed through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (or, for some products, Stripe).

2. Digital Delivery Notice
All products are digital and are generally delivered immediately after successful payment (download link, account access, or both). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the digital nature of delivery.

3. Trials and Evaluation
Trials are not offered by default. If a trial or evaluation period is made available for a specific product, its conditions will be described on the relevant product page.

4. General Rule
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all paid sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where one of the exceptions below applies.

5. Refunds May Be Granted In These Cases

3. **Corrupted/unusable file**: the delivered file is technically defective and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

6. Refunds Are Not Granted For
Refund requests are generally denied when based on:

– change of mind after purchase/download;
– inability or unwillingness to use the product;
– request made after an evaluation or trial period (where offered) and subsequent paid activation;
– lack of expected trading performance or profitability;
– misunderstanding strategy logic/settings when documentation/support is available;
– third-party platform/broker/data-feed limitations outside our control;
– compatibility issues where requirements were clearly stated before purchase;
– violation of license terms (sharing, redistribution, abuse, fraudulent chargebacks).

7. Educational-Only and No Performance Guarantee
Our products and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantee of profit, performance, or specific outcome is made. Trading involves risk, and past/hypothetical results are not indicative of future performance.

8. Immediate Digital Access and Withdrawal Waiver
By completing checkout, you expressly request immediate digital delivery/access. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal/cancellation right may be lost once digital delivery begins.

9. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from purchase date, unless mandatory local law requires a different period.

– relevant screenshots/logs (for technical issues).

Incomplete requests may delay review.

12. Chargebacks
Please contact support before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and license termination.
