Payments are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle.com Market Ltd, which sells our digital products to you and processes the transaction, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes/VAT. Paddle’s buyer terms may also apply. Certain products may instead be processed via Stripe.

8. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally (download/account access). Delivery is considered completed when access is provided to the purchasing account/email.

9. Trial and Conversion to Paid Access

We may offer a trial period for evaluation. Trial terms, limits, and eligibility are defined on the relevant product/trial pages. After trial expiration, continued use requires purchase of a paid license.

Where a customer purchases full access after trial, the purchase is treated as a final digital-content purchase subject to Refund Policy and applicable law.

Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy published on the website.
